New Product Launch Articles

On June 13, SNEC 2024 was grandly held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. At Solavita's "Powering Up: Unleashing MAX Potential" new product launch event, the new three-phase hybrid inverter made a dazzling debut, marking another significant leap in Solavita's home storage technology development.

Currently, the global new energy sector is surging, with unlimited potential for home energy storage. As the brain of home energy management systems, the development of hybird inverters is progressing rapidly. After a year of dedicated research and development, Solavita's "strongest brain"—the new generation of three-phase hybird inverters—has been launched, receiving multiple authoritative certifications from international testing institutions.

Part 1: Highlights

Solavita's "strongest brain" is about to be unveiled. Are you ready?

More User-Friendly

  • Continuous 110% Overload Output: Integrating a top-tier cooling system and high-performance electronic components, this feature is perfectly realized through scientific intelligent power management algorithms and battery-grid interaction optimization.

  • UPS-Level Grid-Off Switching <10ms: Supports three-phase unbalanced output to ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical loads.

  • Low Power Consumption + Auto Sleep: Combining these ensures uninterrupted, high-quality power supply, maximizes energy savings, extends system life, and reduces operating costs.

  • Integrated Intelligent EMS: Teams up with the smart cloud platform and mobile app for real-time data monitoring, instant fault warnings, one-click intelligent diagnostics, and cloud firmware updates, making comprehensive operations and maintenance easily accessible.

Safer

  • Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Body: Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, efficient heat dissipation, and stable dimensions. Coupled with IP66 protection rating, the machine can withstand extreme weather conditions.

  • AC/DC Dual-Level Lightning Protection: Meets CLASS C (Level II) lightning protection requirements, ensuring safe and stable operation of the power system and critical loads during lightning and other severe weather.

  • Grid-Side Relay Function Safety Design: Provides fault detection and self-repair capabilities, allowing the power system to continue operating even in the face of single faults.

  • Reasonable Layout and Heat Source Distribution: Utilizes modular design, thermal simulation analysis technology, and high thermal conductivity materials for optimal layout and heat source distribution. Combined with intelligent air cooling, the machine achieves efficient heat dissipation.

More Efficient

  • Unmatched Energy Density: The modular design significantly reduces the machine's size and weight. This 28kg machine offers a maximum power of 15kW, whereas other similar models (of the same weight) only provide up to 12kW.

  • High Conversion Efficiency: The maximum tested efficiency is over 98.7%, ranking it at the top among similar products.

  • MPPT Maximum Input Current of 30A: Compatible with various high-efficiency components, the system configuration is more flexible, ensuring optimal output under different lighting and environmental conditions.

  • Wide MPPT Voltage Range (180-950V): The inverter can more accurately track each component string's maximum power output point, reducing power loss due to voltage mismatch and enhancing system power generation efficiency.

  • This achievement not only solidly proves Solavita's research and development strength but also injects strong momentum into its global strategy, highlighting its firm steps in expanding the global market.

Part 2: Flexible Modes

Solavita hybird inverter—the ultimate personal energy manager—integrates an intelligent EMS to provide 24-hour smart protection, offering three easily switchable operating modes, making smart living within reach.

1) Self-Consumption Mode

Daytime: When there is sunlight, the inverter prioritizes supplying power to the load from photovoltaic generation. Excess electricity is first stored in the battery, with the remaining power sold to the grid.

Nighttime: When there is no photovoltaic generation, the inverter discharges the battery to supply the load. If the battery's stored power is insufficient, the grid provides the balance.

2) EPS Mode

In off-grid areas, daytime photovoltaic generation first supplies power to the load, with excess energy stored in the battery. At night, the inverter discharges the battery to supply the load.

3) Time-of-Use Mode

In areas without a grid, daytime photovoltaic generation first supplies power to the load, with excess energy stored in the battery. At night, the inverter discharges the battery to supply the load.

  • During charging periods (off-peak electricity prices), the grid is allowed to charge the battery.

  • During discharging periods (peak electricity prices), the battery can supply power to the load.

  • During unspecified periods, the storage system does not discharge, with the load supplied by photovoltaic generation and the grid.

At the exhibition, Solavita's new energy storage products were highly favored. The company team detailed the core advantages and cutting-edge technologies of the products, accurately meeting customer needs and successfully uncovering numerous cooperation opportunities.

Solavita made a splendid appearance at this year's SNEC 2024, winning great acclaim. In the future, Solavita will continue to lead with technology, deeply engage in technological innovation, empower end products, support energy transitions in various countries, and contribute to the global goal of sustainable green development.
